- 2 Fresh chilies roughly chopped
- 1 pound (~ 450 grams) ground beef drained
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh milk

- Put the roughly chopped onions, coriander, and chilies in a food processor and grind until finely chopped take it out from food processor keep in bowl and set aside.
- Place the ground beef in a same food processor and add all spices + 1 Tbsp milk and blitz for 2-3 times then place all keema in a large bowl.
- Add the onion-coriander mixture, crushed ginger and garlic, lime juice and olive oil to the ground beef. Mix well.
