  20. Few pieces of bay leaves
  21. For garnishing
  22. Sliced cucumber
  23. Carrots
  24. Fresh onions

Instructions to make BBQ Suya

  1. Cut meat into thin slices, cover with plastic and use a mallet to tenderize the meat (i.e laying and heating the pieces of meat lightly will soften the fibres of the meat making it to absorb the seasoning and marinade better. Also makes it grill/cook faster, makes the texture softer and more pleasant)
  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinate, and marinate the meat. Cover and keep overnight or 3-5hrs in the fridge
  3. Grind the Kuli Kuli with the attached ingredients into powder
  4. After insert the marinated meat in skewers
  5. Sprinkle the Kuli Kuli mix
  6. My BBQ grill has been preheated for couple of minutes. My assorted skewers have falling inπŸ₯°. Brush with oil and grill for 10 -15 min
