- Wash the chicken pieces
- Pat it dry.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and garlic green chilli paste.
- Marinate it atleast 5 to 6 hours.
- Grilled it in your microwave or otg fr 30 to 35 minutes. Flip the chicken once one side is cooked properly.
- Brush liquid butter occasionally..
- Served it with baked veggies and lemon ring.
