- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 medium boiled n mashed potatoes for thickening
- NOTE:You can as well use other thickening stuffs like corn flour

- 100-150 grams tomato sauce/ ketchup

- Start with marination.
- Mix all your marination ingredients n make a paste.
- Add in your cleaned chicken pcs. Mix well till your chicken is fully covered with the paste.

- Let it simmer on low heat for 5 mins.
- Add little water n bring to boil.
- Add your mashed potatoes n mix well still on low heat. Note: Your sauce/ gravy is supposed to be thick.
- Add some tomato sauce. Mix well. When almost ready, reduce your heat to the minimum then add your dessicated coconut. You can as well use coconut cream for better results.
- Put off the heat. Add your chopped dhania n give it a good mix. By this time your chicken ought to be ready.
- Plate it well in order to pour the sauce on top.

- You can either pour the sauce on top since the chicken n sauce are hot or you add your chicken into the sauce pan n mix.
