- Blend parsley, green pepper, onions. scotch bonnet and red chili
- Add in all spices listed and oil and mix until combined. Wash and pat dry fish and rub marinade on it
- Cover with foil and put in fridge for 2 hours. After then bring out and squeeze some lime. Rub some oil, paprika and seasoning cube mixture and grill for 10 mins on each side.
- For the sauce. In a pan, add oil, onions and blended chili and scotch bonnet. Add tomatoes, curry and seasoning cube. Add your bell peppers
- Add parsley and sauté for 2 mins. Turn off heat and pour it on fish. Serve and enjoy
